NANOSYSTEMS (SS7)


This special session aims to bring together researchers and experts in the field of computational nano-mechanics and nano-systems to discuss recent advances in the field mechanical characterization of nano-materials like carbon nanotubes (CNT), nanographenes based nano-composites and nanosystems in biomedical applications.

 

The topics of the special session include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

  • Computational modeling of nanocomposite structures.
  • Experimental characterization of the mechanical and thermal properties of nanostructures.
  • Advances in nanosystems for clinical diagnosis and therapy.
  • Advances in nonlocal models and size effect in computational nanomechanics.
  • Advances in computational and experimental bio-nanoscience

 

Publication:

Selected papers from this special session will be invited to be peer-reviewed
